Great experience served snacks and water and had a rest stop after the last stop before lax. Would recommend. Timely too.

I booked this service for LAX pickup. The pickup came after 45 minutes of my exit. I got frustrated and called them they said i can cancel it and they will issue refund. But guess what, once cancelled and took uber, they made sure i am in uber and then they said they are in the airport and cancellation doesnt take in to affect. They are cheaters and to save some $, i ended up wasting time and money.

This shuttle service was my first attempt to book a cheaper flight over seas and fly out of LAX. I wasn’t sure how timely or comfortable the shuttle service would be but the dollars saved on flights was worth a try. Glad to say it was easy , timely and saved 100s of dollars . I highly recommend using relaxsan as part of your travel plans, I plan to from now on .
