This comfort Inn is located in an area close to a lot of amenities. The Uptown Theater is within walking distance and its a short drive to the power and light district as well as several shopping centers. The staff was friendly and there was a good breakfast selection. The room was clean and spacious. We had no issues at all and will stay again if back in the area.

This is a run down hotel in an area that seemed okay. We walked in and saw a “lady of the evening “ and was shocked. The first room had hairs all over the bed. Asked for a different room. The layout was odd the room we think was clean. But the price for this wreck was ridiculous.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience overall. While the property itself had some issues—what truly stood out was the professionalism and empathy of the staff.The general manager was incredibly understanding and took my concerns seriously, and the front desk team was consistently helpful and courteous throughout my stay.Because of their responsiveness and professionalism, I’m open to giving the hotel another chance in the future. I appreciate the effort made to address the situation and hope future visits reflect the same level of care. Thank you!

This property is the epitome of just OK. The rooms are rather small but mostly functional (bad water pressure). Service is very friendly and they even offer comp cookies. But there are little things that suggest somewhat lax attention to details like dysfunctional elevator lights, same debris in the stairwells for three days, etc. On the plus side the parking is free, breakfast is OK and the location seems safe. It's not within walking distance of anything but is reasonably close to the Plaza and the Crown Center. Nothing to write home about but an exceptional budget option.

Our Check-in was smooth. Rooms are clean and comfortable to stay with the family. There is also a complementary breakfast which is good. Staff is very nice and helpful. Parking space is bit congested and elevator seems to be little old. Overall we had a very good experience.
