I’m Bob and I am certified inspector, owner and operator of Around The Bay Home Inspection. We serve the Greater Bay Area through standardized safety assurance. I am also an inspector 8 years with County of Public Works. My knowledge spans over 25 years in engineering and construction services. I know what to look for in a home, no matter its age or condition, I can bring value to your home. ATB starts with good customer service, an open dialogue and a fact finding report of your home. An inspection is a limited visual survey and evaluation of all systems to determine the general condition of a residence. I will create a report showing recommendation of corrective action when problems arise. I can provide input to change decisions which directly affect the function of a home.
