Clean room, quiet, comfortable bed and pillows. Rate was great. We will stay here again. Only suggest the young man at the front desk become more friendly.

Easy access from the highway, clean and affordable. Cleaning staff were nousy too early from check out time.

It was clean and a great location to LMUDCOM which is why I was in Knoxville. I checked in at midnight due to a delayed flight and the desk clerk was so friendly and helpful at my check in.

Happy with the room and desk services. The only disappointment was the eggs at breakfast were not very good. Not sure what they were.

Very nice hotel; super owner and staff; clean rooms; nice breakfast; very reasonable price !! We'll be back!
