I stay there on a regular basis and for extended times, every time I walk into the lobby it feels like I’m coming home and it’s not just the welcoming feeling but the people that are there. They are very friendly and helpful even with many changes to our schedules. One person has stood out whom supported an older gentleman who was between homes and Ciena took extra time and effort make sure his stay was comfortable and in a way it seemed like she cared for him like a daughter. I was there when he had found a permanent place to stay and while he was checking out he was near tears knowing that she and the others would be missed. Ciena actions to make sure this older gentleman was cared for and she watched over him as the other as well. Not many people today have that kind of dedication.

Bathtub didn’t plug so I had to shower ☹️‍♀️The blackout curtains were amazing temperature was good in the room

We had an amazing stay. My boyfriend accidentally booked the wrong day but there was a last minute cancellation and Jean contacted us right away and got us a room on booked weekend. The rooms are really nice and food is great. Morgan was also exceptional. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Ayres Hotel in Rialto, CA. The beds were very comfortable, the complimentary breakfast was great, and the atmosphere was clean and friendly. We would definitely stay again, and would recommend to friends and family!
