TY FISH & CHIPS By Chef Ty Hoang, Born in the central region of Vietnam and surrounded by the ocean, Chef Ty grew up immersed in Vietnam's bustling seafood industry. His love for fish led him to begin his career as a sushi chef, where he trained under Japanese Masters across the continental US. With almost 20 years of culinary experience as a sushi chef, he introduces his new culinary endeavor: TY FISH & CHIPS.. A crossover between East and West, Chef Ty uses Japanese techniques to elevate what is traditionally known as a "peasant" dish. TY FISH & CHIPS is not only an homage to his childhood but is also the culmination of his artistic and technical mastery.
