I charge $10 for every signature notarized (including witnesses) and my basic travel fee for up to 25 miles is $50. Add $2 for each additional one-way mile over 25 miles. (For example, 50 one-way miles would incur a $100 travel fee.) I take cash, card and PayPal. I respond quickly to phone calls, but will take text and emails.
