Zen Vicious Yoga teaches Viniyoga and Psycotherapeutic (Trauma Informed) yoga in private sessions, small groups and studio classes in the DFW Metroplex. I can come to your location on your time, you can have a private session in studio in Richardson or Carrollton, TX, or I can work with you online. I teach Classical Yoga (Viniyoga) based on Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras. I also own a hemp company where I sell quality hemp products. Zen Vicious is also dedicated to spreading awareness of chronic illnesses, chronic pain, Trauma and mental health disorders in order to educate the public about how these issues affect our fellow humans. Through advocacy and awareness, more research can be conducted to eradicate and/or find the best treatment available.
