Beautiful hotel, great location, amazing service. A bit pricey but worth every penny. Valet and shuttle super helpful

Stayed one night for our anniversary. Did karaoke, a fantastic meal downstairs, and an overall wonderful stay at this property. Can't wait to come back soon. Thank you to a wonderful staff.

I was very excited to stay at The Manchester in Lexington. I grew up in KY and went to UK and came back to visit family and attend Keeneland. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very stylish. We stayed in the Manchester Suite and the king bed with a bunk bed room was perfect for our family. We ran into several bad experiences that mainly tied to the housekeeping crew. The restaurant personnel also seemed overwhelmed but the food and drinks were very good. Valet guys are amazing - huge kudos to their providing a good welcome experience and offering a near-hotel shuttle.

Location was fine - valet was really good and roof top bar was pleasant. However, our stay wasn’t very pleasant. The room itself is not designed to accommodate guests. It is dark and tight and there are very few spaces to put things. Seems clearly designed for mood over function. The water in the bathroom sink was drained into an odd box under the sink - noisy and seemed makeshift.

The Manchester never disappoints! From the friendly greeting of the valet staff, to the amazing food served at all three dining opportunities, we had an incredible experience and can’t wait for our next visit!
