Unacceptable! No staff at check-in, now disputing with Capital One.Terrible service. We tried checking into two rooms on the evening of Sept 12th but nobody was at the front desk. We waited 25 minutes, rang the bell, and even had other guests try to call the manager. No one ever showed up. We had a scheduled appointment, so we left and went to the Hilton across the street. Expecting us to pay for this is like buying a ticket to a movie but the theater doors are locked shut. It makes no sense. We are currently disputing the charge through Capital One. Unprofessional, unstaffed, and completely untrustworthy.

A number of years ago we stayed here every year, for 8 yrs, usually 2-3 times a year. We liked the clean grounds and location, an easy on/off the I90. Well A LOT of things have transpired since we were here last. The place has totally gone downhill. When we checked in there were piles of garbage in parking lot and it reeked of pot. Obviously the clientel had taken a drastic downturn as well. The breakfast area looked more like a storage room, with lots of boxes just tossed in there amongst the few tables. indeed there was even a snowblower in there. Breakfast was bleek on our 1st day. No fruit or muffins, just Cheerios,yogurt and slices of white or wheat bread. Only bright sot for me was Marty, the handyman who was most helpful in getting us a TV remote that actually was the same brand as our TV and worked plus fixing the phone jack that was smashed. It's really a shame to see what's become of this once really nice motel. : (

Great location diffrent atmosphere up to par rooms worth stay staff is ok

There were marks and scuffs all over the walls . The door had dents all over it , and the dead bolt was clearly broken due to someone pushing it in. While the sheets on the bed were clean , the beds were not made and housekeeping staff did not come to room in our two night stay that we could see . The bathroom was gross with mold on faucets and dirt and stains on walls . There was garbage and discarded parts from car ( actual seat from car) sitting outside of other units . Overall this was not worth the almost 300 paid for two nights .

My 3-day stay definitely ranks as the worst hotel stay in many many years of traveling across the USA. Hotel was dirty, including both public spaces, outdoor spaces and most critcal - the guest rooms. Carpet and floors not clean, desk and furniture dusty and stained. Housekeeping service did not exist for all 3 days - was informed by 1 employee that they are under-staffed - which does not excuse over-charging for a room and no sevices due to Family Weekend at nearby Syracuse University. Was forced to visit the front desk late at night twice to ask for fresh towels, and then stay awake to wait for delivery. Used towels just sat in corner of room along with trash that was not emptied. Television did not function - received only 1 station [supposedly due to a new cable system not installed properly]. Telephone did not work either - so could not call housekeeping or front desk. Front desk disinterested in taking care of issues and had no answers. Requested a manager and was given an email address - no response thus far to initial 2 messages.
