I felt the sale of my diamond engagement ring was a fair offer & they were honest. I would return & recommend. A little confusing for me to find them. Its in the large office building directly...

Terrible customer service. Does not answer questions. They did respond quickly but without helpful information or guidance.

Out of four local jewelry/gold buyers, Samuelson's offered half what the two highest dealers offered. It's always best to get several appraisals before making the final sale.
