The Rudy A. Ciccotti Family Recreation Center is a state-of-the art multi-purpose recreation facility owned by the Colonie Youth Center, an independent non-profit organization. The Aquatic Dept has an Activity pool with beach-like entry, two water slides, spray features, lazy river, 25-yard lap pool, and warm jetted spa. Swim party room rentals for members; swim lessons available to members and non-members. The Fitness Dept has cardio and resistance equipment (independently-controlled cable TV atop each piece of cardio equipment), 3 group exercise studios, a private studio for personal training, and a cushioned indoor track. Massage Therapy Dept offers LMTs with specialies in many modalities. Recreation Dept includes two full-sized basketball courts and extensive programs for kids and adults. Over 60 fitness classes available weekly at no charge to members. Kids In Motion and Fun Games (childcare for our youngest members). Family changing rooms and locker rooms with amenities.
