After booking through an a third party and laying in full the hotel attempted to charge me thousands of dollars in “holds” door incidentals. Everyday they attempted to charge my card for things they couldn’t explain. Two weeks after my stay I still have holds on my credit card that have not fallen off.

The location was perfect for our stay and events. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Restaurant was awesome with great food!

Hotel was amazing the moment we stepped out of the car we were helped the check in was so easy they recommended nail shops and BBQ. We got complimentary drink tickets for there bar we had breakfast tasted amazing and the surrounding in walking distance restaurants and bars also a plus.

Attended my daughter’s wedding here last weekend and this place will scam your card like you’ve never seen! $2300 in fraudulent charges. Avoid at all cost and if you have to stay here beware of the charge scam. I paid 2 k cash for everything I did and they still charged my card. Prepare yourself for this when you go!

Fantastic stay at the Omni Frisco Hotel. The entire staff was great, but Dorothy, who serves coffee and baked goods at the Lobby Bar, is a true star. She is so warm and welcoming, and really puts a smile on everyone's faces at the start of the day. She is the reason why I would not hesitate to stay here again, even as an Eagles fan. Go Birds!
