I would not recommend this hotel. The property is outdated, poorly maintained, and lacks the basic level of service you would expect for $250 per night. We stayed for five nights and were shocked to learn there was no housekeeping service.Customer service was virtually nonexistent. Most amenities and dining options were closed from Sunday through Tuesday, making it difficult to even find a place to eat on the property. I visited the salon on five separate occasions and waited 5 to 10 minutes each time without ever being acknowledged by staff.The casino is old and uninviting, and the guest rooms are severely lacking in amenities. There was no lotion provided, and the tiny bottle of shampoo supplied would not even last a single day, let alone a week. During our stay, I had to repeatedly request basic necessities such as extra toilet paper. For a five-night stay, there wasn't even an extra towel available in the room.I also had concerns about security. My room key was programmed incorrectly twice for the wrong number of days, and at no point did staff ask for identification before making changes to my room access.I have stayed at many high-end resorts over the years, and this property is not one of them. For the price, the value simply isn't there. Save your money and stay somewhere else, even a Motel 6 would provide a better overall experience.

Rob the manager would not acknowledge that the old $5 min slot machine was broken. I inserted $40 and itwas at max bet of $10… i tried to decrease it … I tried to cash out… I tried to report it and didn’t want to be forced to bet $10. Rob the manager said I had no choice to play the $10 bet and when I refused he had security escort me out with my 92yr dad and 90yr old mom. Gambler beware of the old $5 min slot machine by the cashier its broken and Rob the manager wont concede to the fact. Im sure it was my attitude of asking to fix the machine is why i got escorted out. When this could have been resolved by acknowledgment and having me play a different machine instead of being in denial and making me the problem. Maybe I should just played the $10 max bet when thats not what I wanted to do. But Rob the manager has no customer skills what so ever. He doesn’t listen, he doesn’t apologize, and most importantly he doesn’t resolve the customers issues. GAMBLER BEWARE

This place was very frustrating! Fan doesn’t work in bathroom, tv didn’t work until maintenance came and you can’t use the guide in the remote cuz it doesn’t work. Hardly any plugs for phone and I pads next to bed! All in all I would never stay here again and it isn’t worth the price you pay!

The whole place is sad and tired...needs a MAJOR remodel and update. Elevators smell. Carpet is all worn. Bathrooms are a little scary. There is nothing here to inspire me to want to part with my money on a gamble.

Not enough staff...even at the adjoining Sheraton. Plus prostitute working the bar at Buckeyes And good friends with large security guard And other workers in office. Are they receiving a kickback from her John's? As a woman alone playing slots after my hubby was asleep....I find this Quite disgusting. Isn't this Illegal even???
