DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS “company”. If I could give this “business” 0 stars I would have. I am so beyond angry and disappointment. On 10/05/25 I purchased a ghost tour of Salem, MA for Saturday 10/11/2025 for myself and two friends. I needed to cancel on Monday 10/06/2025. I have emailed them 4 times, called and left 3 voicemails, and texted the automated number that says they will respond to text messages. I was requesting a cancellation and full refund of the tour. I have not heard back yet and it has been over 61 hours. I am beyond angry. It was $105 total. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company because now I realize this “company” is a scam and fraudulent. DO NOT BOOK.

Do NOT book with these guys. They told me it was a haunted ghost tour in Salem, we showed up, and nobody was there. They didn’t answer our calls. They are under investigation because this happened to several others in Salem. It looks like they have a lucrative scam going in several cities. Beware!

Yep, it’s a scam. There were red flags from the beginning, but it was confirmed when our guide never showed up and we couldn’t reach the “company” on the night of our booking. If you’re reading this, do not book with them.

SCAM. They never showed up. No one answers the phone or text messages sent to see where they were. They tell you to meet in front of a specific address and then NO ONE shows. We got there over 20 minutes early and waited 15 minutes after the scheduled meet up time and nothing. My son was SO disappointed and I am pissed!

SCAM! Do not purchase tickets from this place! They tell you to meet them in an ally and never show up!! Very disappointed to have spent money and time for them to not show up!!
