Located in the Salina Meadows Business Park, Salt City Cafe is run by two folks passionate about food. Ernie Tuff has been in the restaurant and catering business for over 40 years. He most recently owned and operated Ernie’s Lakeland Cafe among other restaurants throughout the area. His passion for serving Central NY is unmeasurable and his customer base speaks volumes. Ernie has experience in fine dining, corporate events, outdoor cooking, to smaller intimate parties. There is no limit to what he can whip up. Kim Jackson has been catering for over 20 years for family and friends. Her level of detail and desire to make everyone feel as if they were eating at her kitchen table coincide with the mission of Salt City Cafe & Catering. They both love what they do and it shows through the food you eat and the personalities you will meet.
