My family went out for a 2 hour cruise with Joseph, he was very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy going. We had a wide age variety oldest being 80 and he was able to connect with each one. The lake is known for stumps and he knew the lake inside and out. We will be booking another cruise when we visit Texas again. This was a 10 out of 5. Prices were very reasonable.

Captain Jacks Lake Cruise was a great experience on Lake Palestine for our multi-generation group. The pontoon boat was very comfortable for our party of 8 - the adults hung out on the bench seat under the shade canopy and on the swivel seats at the back of the boat while the teenagers lounged in the sun on the bench seats at the front of the boat. The mid-trip stop at a sandy beach on one of the lake's islands was nice and the teens got to go in for a swim. Our captain shared interesting info about the lake and the area and even provided some restaurant suggestions. As we had never been to Lake Palestine before, this was a great way to see the lake. Highly recommend!

Lake Palestine is an East Texas gem, such a big, serene lake with lots to see. Mr. Jacks tailored the cruise to the sections of the lake of most interest to us. His boat is beautiful and he is a great tour guide. Don’t think twice about booking a lake cruise with Captain Jacks - you won’t regret it. All four of us had a wonderful time. It was truly a memorable experience for our family.

I just wanted to get out on the water for my birthday. It was a fantastic trip, Captain Jacks was very personable and helpful getting the parking tags for the car at our pick up point. He brought water for us and had sunscreen if needed. The lake was so clear and pretty, it was warm but very comfortable once the boat started moving. It was a overall beautiful day.
