I feel like my main reason for wanting to open a restaurant / banquet hall business is not only for the monetary compensation, but mostly for the gratification it gives me when I see friends and families gathering together, around a table and enjoying a good, warm, home cooked meal. My passion for cooking comes from watching my children and husband sit at the table and smile when they get their favorite meal prepared fresh and at home. Challenging myself to prepare the meals I see being prepared in restaurants and knowing I can cook what they cooking and in the confort of my home. I want people to not only know that i can prepare the food they like, but also with quality, fresh ingredients and in an always clean cooking environment. Nothing better than knowing your food is being prepared in a clean kitchen. I enjoy sharing my cooking talents with not only my family but friends and the community. I appreciate the feedback that they give, because it helps me perfect my talent by preparing food that people like and making it look very presentable on their plates. It gives me great satisfaction and pleasure watching people enjoy their food that I have prepared, and emptying their plates and asking for seconds.
