The company upholds it's ethical and quality standards by making sure these environmentally friendly farms are paid fair wages so they may continue to grow exceptional crops. Once the sacks of coffee leave the farm, they have already been husked, processed, and dried. Foxtail then receives the raw coffee in pallets and starts to develop roast profiles for each lot, highlighting that bean and origins most positive characteristics.
