We have used Kristie for a couple of years now and have always had excellent service. She is prompt, professional and very friendly (and most importantly she is a very safe driver!). She offers water/snacks for the ride; talks if you want it or silent if you don't (very respectful of the clients choice). If she is unavailable she is able to assist in finding another ride service who she has a relationship with, so giving us confidence that it will be reliable. We have had 4am pickups and midnight pickups...always there on time. We highly recommend her services, top notch!

We booked two weeks in advance, Great Expectation Transportation LLC (Katie) canceled the ride the night before our airport trip because another person needed a ride more urgently. She tried to pawn us off on another driver (who drives around with her dog in the car). Disappointing.

As my granddaughter was arriving at Jacksonville airport on an evening flight I hired Kristie to pick her up and deliver her to St. Augustine. Every step of the way Kristie was professional and communicated with my granddaughter and let me know when they finalized the arrangements. My granddaughter felt Kristie provided exact and easily understandable instructions on where to meet, was lovely and every thing went perfectly after a long day of travel.
