Terrible place. Key cards did not work in elevator, Staff did not know how to correctly reissue cards. They gave me a new one that opened every room there! Christmas music playing . Had no plastic silverware, promised to bring some but did not. Overbooked shuttle bus to airport. Staff was clueless. Room was clean, but lighting fixtures were dim, especially in bathroom. It rained 2 days we were there. Outdoor smoking area was NOT covered, so either didn't smoke or had to wipe off bench with paper towels. Good coffee in lobby 24/7.
