We now ask that customers call for a rug appointment for drop off or pickup. It is important to select a rug cleaner that has proper equipment and knowledge of fine rugs. Normal carpet cleaning techniques and tools are not acceptable to use on wool rugs in most cases. Please look at our pictures so you can see what a true rug washing plant should look like. We will handle your rugs with care and assure the safe return and effective cleaning.
