We highly recommend Black Diamond Towncar service. We used this service to get from SeaTac to our downtown hotel for our cruise and again on our return trip from the ship to our hotel near the airport. Their driver was professional and friendly. The vehicle was very clean and easily accommodated our large group.

They were on time. Professionally dressed. Courteous. And had excellent large SUVs that were clean. My family was impressed with the transportation arrangements I had made.

Black Diamond Towncar Service for shuttle service to and from our Alaskan cruise is top notch! Customer service is outstanding— when I accidentally left my glasses in the car. I was able to get them back easily!

Robert was super professional, nice and very patient with our flight delays. I would highly recommend him and Black Diamond Towncar any time!
