Normally, when I travel, I enjoy a local, independent bookstore. that was not the case, the location was (in my opinion) sketchy but once you get past that - the sign on the door says do not let the dog get out - ok, I love dogs and I could hear him bark as soon as I went inside. I looked around the front counter and said I can hear him the lady said oh he's in his cage - I wandered around for almost 20 minutes and oh, he's in his cage was the ONLY thing she said to me. No asking if I was looking for something in particular, no offer of help, no thanks for coming in, NOTHING. good selection of books, some interesting things to look at, but zero customer service which is why I left without making a purchase - I didn't even get a come back and thanks for coming in as I left. Don't waste your time
