Petes Meats Restaurant

Pete’s Meats is a Texas-style barbecue pop-up in the San Fernando Valley specializing in authentic low-and-slow smoked BBQ with a unique Asian-inspired twist. Our menu features smoked brisket, ribs, tri-tip, and pulled pork, all cooked over real wood for deep smoke flavor. Our briskets are smoked low and slow for up to 16 hours, creating a perfect bark, smoke ring, and tender bite. You can find Pete’s Meats weekly at 101 Night Market (Fri & Sat 5–11PM), Shadow Grove Brewing (Sat 5PM–Sell Out), and Naughty Pine Brewing (Sun 12–6PM). We also offer BBQ catering for corporate events, office lunches, private parties, and special events throughout the San Fernando Valley and Los Angeles.
