Was super easy to book, quick to get transported from point A to B, the customer service was A1. My boyfriend and I have planned a date night and I heard from a fellow friend about Havana Express Transport, so I decided to try them myself & im glad I did

Total scam… They never showed up to pick me up at the airport and fully took my payment prior. They never answered any of my phone calls as it went directly to voicemail. They never answered any emails… This is not a legitimate business.

Hello, I am surprised with this service, the driver was already waiting for me with my name on a sign, the driver was very kind, he even gave us free rides anywhere in Las Vegas that I needed, he picked us up at the main entrance and took us to Freemont street for free, he recommended shows to us, places to eat, he recommended tours and even gave me free tickets for the Pool Parties, this company is undoubtedly the best and has very good prices, the driver is called Alejandro and he speaks English and Spanish

Highly Recommend!!Booked a round trip from Las Vegas Aeroport to our hotel Venetian.Service - great communication, professional and amazing hospitality. Very friendly, welcoming drivers and reservation staff. Replied quickly through. Vehicle - felt very clean and safe. Also provided nice car seats for my kids (good quality seats). Rode in a Lincoln Aviator for my family of 5.Price - best value from all the quotes given. Very reasonable rates.I'll be using these guys again on my next trip Las Vegas. Thanks Alejandro for the great experience.

Lazaro picked us up from Allegiant Stadium and the pick up was seamless. He pin dropped his location in the parking lot as soon as the concert was over so we could find him immediately.Very professional service with a spotless vehicle.Lazari will be my go-to driver every time I need a car service in Las Vegas.THANK YOU!
