This place is amazing and huge! We visited with our toddler, and had great fun even though the toddler is too young to read books on their own, or recognize the characters. There is so much to see and experience that during the three hours there, we were never bored. Pictures can’t do it justice. There are things moving and glowing in nearly every nook and cranny among the giant scenes developed based on children’s books. Telephones throughout the museum will read books for you if desired. The gift shop is a wonderful bookstore for kids (teens or younger.) They also have story time. There wasn’t a carousel to ride, but we didn’t miss it, having so many interesting places to explore. Highly recommend this place!!

This was a great experience, even for adults only! We will be back with the littles. We enjoyed every minute of the entire exhibit. Fun, interesting and entertaining exhibits. Even the gift store is amazing! Well done!

My husband and I brought our three young children to The Rabbit Hole this past Saturday. It was our first trip there so we didn't know what to expect. There were several exhibits that entertained my children. However, when it came time to get our bus tickets, they told us that we couldn't get on the bus for another hour and half. Obviously, we weren't going to wait around that long. To make matters even worse, I had called the day prior and specifically asked about this issue because of a review I had read online. I was told several times that it would not be a problem. I complained to the front office staff (Liz Miller) and the manager (Jessica Peterson) but they did nothing. That bus ticket is included in your ticket price so we didn't get to experience the full amount of what we paid for. Poor customer service. Very disappointed. I will never take my family back there and I intend to spread the word to others as well.

This is such a neat spot to visit. Even walking in is an experience. You literally descend into the rabbit hole. There are so many fun exhibits -- you could spend days there. I would definitely recommend trying to read as many of the listed books beforehand as possible -- I'm pretty well-read with children's literature and hadn't read many of them. They do have copies of the books to both read and buy. I would also recommend choosing a week day vs a weekend. It can get pretty chaotic if there are a lot of people, and many exhibits fill up fast Oh! Don't forget to get a bus ticket first thing when you purchase your entry. They sell out fast. Thru didn't offer it to us at first, and we barely were able to get one for our visit time frame.
