This is the best clean hotel , very comfortable and convenient hotel. We had stayed there for hotel convention Vick was at Frontdesk clerk and he provided amazing customer service Thank you all staff

First time staying at this Hilton and it was the best experience ever! Across the street from Mortgage Matchup Center, two blocks from Chase Field and just a few minutes from great restaurants and bars! To top it off we had the best customer service in a very long time. From Vick and Gabriel at the front desk, to Olga at breakfast, and Isiah at the bar! What a great experience! Whatever it is that you’re doing, keep it up! You guys are amazing!

The location and staff were amazing. I had planned to stay 3 nights with my sisters for an event at the arena. We had a room with a sleeper sofa. I knew the sleeper sofa would not be the best matress but I did not expect springs to poke you . Called the front desk to see if they had a pad to put on it. They did not. The bed was so bad I ended up sleeping on the couch cushions instead. We checked out the next morning and went to a different hotel. I travel quite a bit and have never had such a horrible unusable bed.

Great stay in downtown Phoenix for a comedy show at Stand Up Live. It was very convenient within walking distance. The room was spacious, updated, very clean, and had a great view! Jesus at the valet in the morning was quick despite the lobby being busy with check outs. All in all a great stay with great service!
