Massive thanks to Jay, for waiting for us at Miami airport after our baggage was lost, we were nearly 2 hours late coming out from baggage reclaim and Jay was waiting for us, a very welcome sight.

First time using , our flight got diverted due to weather.Phoned the company as was going to be five hours late, fully expecting a reply along the lines of well not our fault and driver gave up.Instead I was told, no worries we are tracking your flight and driver will be waiting.No extra cost, driver was waiting as promised and the car was luxurious.

Dreadful service. Car arrived on time for a transfer from our hotel to Fort Lauderdale port. That’s it for positives, so 1 star.We had 2 suitcases and 2 carry on cases. Nothing out of the ordinary.The car sent was the smallest taxi I’ve ever seen. Only room for 1 case and the 2 carry on cases at a push.The Driver was incredibly rude, and wouldn’t let us put cases on the seat so we could fit them in, then blamed us for having 2 large cases (they’re a standard size for 20kg of luggage) Maybe the company could use drivers who have suitable cars in future, not cars which are more suited to Toytown.Every other taxi that pulled up to the hotel was a large sedan or an SUV with sufficient room for multiple cases.I then tried to contact the number I had so we could make alternative arrangements and got zero response.I wouldn’t recommend them at all.

We booked a taxi for 7 people together with 7 suitcases and the vehicle that turned up only had 6 seats! … and they can’t see what’s wrong with that because it was still classed a a large SUV !We had to spend a further $43 on an Uber to follow us with the extra person!And the 6 seater even had missing seatbelts that had been cut out because someone had been sick on them so the SUV shouldn’t have been on the road until this was fixed or limited to carrying fewer people.Wouldn’t recommend them as these was no offer of a fix or any partial or full refund
