I seal the dormer and mount an escape tunnel.

Ridgeline vent that are warped and old are one of the most used entry points for bats.

I install peak protectors on ridge line vents to eliminate the bat entry points.

Previous exclusion work by another company used spray foam to fill in the siding gaps. This is a big no no!

I removed the spray foam and install the white siding trim. This keeps the bats out and increase the value of the home.
