tripadvisorGreat hotel! room was clean and spacious!
MoreI personally would like to recognize not just one, but several staff members that made every attempt to accommodate a disabled veteran with his family in tow as we evacuated from hurricane and needed to extend our stay on several occasions. Front desk staff Manny, Kendall, and Charlie along with GM Jennifer, were absolutely fantastic in their constant friendly and helpful dispositions as we were dealing with constant stress and unknowns. They accommodated our German shepherd, had places for her to go outside. The complimentary breakfasts and dinners allowed us to budget it other unexpected expenses. Overall, an extremely clean and well maintained hotel that has top notch staff all across. Would highly recommend
MoreWe have stayed here twice now. I thought the first time that it was odd that we would receive such good service and such a nice and quiet room. The second visit was even better. I would recommend to anyone. It's very convenient to the FSU campus yet near all arteries leading to town and out of town
MoreSurprise. Surprise. Surprise. What a fabulous guest experience from parkin to stepping inside the door to the room to the food to checking out. We had to evacuate due to a hurricane. I felt it comping approximately 12 hours before the state decided it truly was forming and moving fast. Searched for a hotel far enough away to possibly be somewhat out of the main storm landfall and the dirty side of the storm. We drove over to Tallahassee and though I was somewhat hesitant to book a Drury hotel simply because my perception was that they were old hotels. I was wrong, wrong, wrong. Yes, the building might be somewhat older and not all sparkly on the outside, my experience was second to none. We were able to park easily; we were able to check in early rather than sit around in our car, front desk colleagues (all of them) were absolutely wonderful, the hotel is clean, the room was nicer than expected and super comfortable. We stayed for a few days to allow the storm and evacuee return to pass and our entire stay was flawless. Food was pretty good considering the number of people they had to serve (cannot please everyone), tables aplenty as well. I will actively look for Drury hotels from now on. Start to finish - a good experience during a stressful time.
MoreLocation is ideal just off I-10. Parking is limited.laouy of parking and drive waty and entry is difficult to manuver. Small soft pillows.
