Big Rick's BBQ 714, LLC is a very unique style of BBQ, with flavors only found in the Carolinas. We use a combination of 32 herbs and spices to make our 1 of a kind signature dry rub! We only use 1 rub for all of our meats, only difference is each meat has its own process of cooking. Trust me my smokers stay busy! We are a small family own business who take tremendous pride in our delicious BBQ and amazing sides! We excel in our customer service, because we believe we are not ever serving customers, but family! This allows us to serve you some of the best BBQ in the OC.
