tripadvisorI don’t think they really screen for any type of service (bartender, bathroom janitor, etc) let alone security. The night started off peaceful but as it went on, more and more interaction with the security guard ( arm in a sling , for a while now?) made it grow increasingly hostile. He asked if we had any business there, by “his” door, and told us to “look around” as we were “the last people in the venue.” Our understanding was we were waiting to greet an artist from that line since all other people - mostly underage girls- were allowed backstage, while we had been waiting . I understand an all ages show, but isn’t some type of ID check/screening process supposed to happen at some point before accessing restricted parts of the venue? In the end we left and asked others if this was appropriate, and got shoved out of the place. Make senses since you have to have everyone on board for whatever sketchy mess is going on. No thank you. Go somewhere else.
MoreI attended the K.Flay show on March 1, 2025 here at the Treefort Music Hall. This was my first time attending a show at this venue. I enjoyed the venue and seeing K.Flay again. The venue is very open, so there’s lots of room for everyone to spread out. The food and drink situation was better than I thought it was going to be. The bathrooms were clean at the beginning of the night and then got really dirty. Water and sticky stuff all over the floor. The toilet paper and soap ran out (at least for me it did). The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, I really liked attending a show here. I’ll be back if there’s a show worth going to.
