Warning!!!! At the counter Rip OFF! Just happened....To start, this off site car rental company that takes 2 shuttles to get to is anything but EASY. The customer rental line moved incredibly slow and I soon found out why. When you finally are called up to complete your booking they advise you that you MUST purchase additional Insurance Coverage (+$25/day), and if Traveling out of State, you must pay an additional fee (+$25/day). After 15 min. of arguing with the Customer Service about these additional charges NOT being posted online when you originally booked through Travelocity (who also should be chastised for recommending them), they tell you they will NOT GIVE YOU THE CAR unless you comply with their INSURANCE/Out of State Policies. So what choice do you have at that point, waste another 4 hours trying to get another rental someplace else? NO, you go ahead and pay them....How does this company gets away with this? Why have they not been closed down for these illegal practices? BTW...if going to Las Vegas bring lots of money...everything, Food, Gas, entertainment is ridiculously overpriced...I will never go back.

Do not rent from this company. You will be quoted online by Priceline or other booking sites with a very good low daily price on the car. At the counter on pickup, the counter person was very rude, and slammed me into purchasing a daily collision damage waiver which was NOT part of the initial quote that added $24 day to the rental, even though I have full Comprehensive on my policy - this is an illegal and DECEPTIVE practice. At pickup, the woman then went on to say that I cannot drive the car out of state even though I was quoted a vehicle with unlimited mileage. She went on to say that I'd be fined $1200 if I left the state with the car. I was renting in Nevada, and the rental car had Arizona tags!! Go figure?! She also said I could not inspect the vehicle first and made me sign a blank damage waiver but I could 'video' the car with my phone to document it when I went outside and picked up the car. Furthermore, their corporate office was completely inattentive to my complaint and did not refund me the CDW coverage. The car issued was not even from Easirent. It was apparently from some company called Turo. And oh, if you're renting from them in Vegas at the Harry Reid airport, be prepared to add an extra hour as you need to take a 2nd shuttle from the rental car central hub before you even get to Easirent's remote rental location!-STAY AWAY FROM EASIRENT or you jeopardize ruining the start of your trip/vacation!!!

I should have looked up the reviews first!! Rented here since it was the best price. Just like another review said, you get what you pay for. After having the car for 1 day we noticed the front tire was leaking air. The hub cap had shifted and was pushing on the valve stem. I called the rental office expecting they would swap out the car with another but was told instead that it was on us to repair the tire as we did not get the additional coverage package! What!?! So we thought we would use the spare tire however, there is no tire iron with the jack so now, hubby and I are sitting at a tire shop while on vacation… Ridiculous. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

I was initially drawn in by what seemed like a great deal, but the overall experience fell short of expectations.Unexpected Extra Costs: While the initial rate looked competitive, hidden fees added up quickly and made the final total much higher than anticipated.Inconvenient Location: The rental office is quite a distance from the airport, which added unnecessary transit time and hassle on both ends of the trip.Vehicle Quality: For an 8-day rental, the car provided was a downgrade from the class/quality I had expected based on my reservation.Minor Resolution: To make up for the lower-tier vehicle, the staff did let me return the car without refilling the gas tank. While I appreciated the gesture, it didn't really balance out the added cost and inconvenience over the course of the week.Overall, it wasn't a great fit for my travel needs, and I'll likely look elsewhere for future rentals.

FRAUD, SCAMMERS1079024426Absolutely TERRIBLE experience. I would strongly recommend staying away from this company. They were extremely rude and, in my experience, seem to take advantage of customers who rent their vehicles for out-of-state travel. We were charged an additional $25 PER DAY simply because we were driving the rental out of state, which already felt unreasonable. What happened afterward was even worse. We were blamed for chips in the windshield that we did not cause. The employee did NOT conduct a proper walkthrough of the vehicle with us before we took possession. We had to do the inspection ourselves, and we did not see any windshield damage at the time. To make matters worse, this company does not appear to provide customers with clear, time-stamped photos of the vehicle BEFORE the rental begins, leaving customers in an extremely difficult position when they later claim damage. So essentially, they can hand you a vehicle, fail to properly document its condition beforehand, and then later claim that damage was caused by you. Where is the proof? What makes this even more concerning is seeing multiple other customers reporting similar experiences involving extremely large charges for alleged windshield/window damage, including claims of charges around $1,000. Seeing a pattern of complaints like this makes the company's damage-claim practices extremely concerning. We are taking this matter further and reporting our experience to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and disputing the charges. The way this company treats its customers is unacceptable. Renting a car should not mean having to worry that you will be hit with hundreds or thousands of dollars in questionable damage charges after the fact.Absolutely trash customer service, questionable damage-claim practices, and an experience I would never want to repeat. Save yourself the headache and rent from a company that properly documents its vehicles and treats customers with respect.
