Excellent experience Magnolia empire is doing a great job overall The Sailos super fun for kids, really Family oriented.

Stay anywhere but here . Was it beautiful ? Yes, but you need more then Beauty when your sleeping somewhere . If you like coffee get ready too use a hot pot , instant coffee out of a paper cup for $600 a night . No real coffee till 7am , so if you're visiting from the east coast and up early too bad . Thermostat had a mind of its own its own. This is supposed to luxury . If they just sleep in the rooms just one night , just one, they would see its subpar . Sent a letter about my experience as well as the 3 other girl that went and it's been 2 weeks with ZERO follow up . Let that sink in .

Ridiculously overpriced at $1,000/night for a dump of a town with nothing going on and no views or amenities.

It was just my husband and I on this trip and Hotel 1928 did not disappoint us! The hotel was very welcoming and comfortable. The room was clean and inviting. The staff was great! They really do make your stay be the best it can be. We had no trouble with noise, and our room was on the 3rd (top) floor, with events going on in the ballroom. Easy walking distance to the Magnolia Market at the Silos. Overall, a beautiful hotel and a very comfortable stay!

Treat yourself!! We lucked out early week and were able to get in. The details in this hotel are incredible, from the gift shop, coffee bar, library, rooftop terrace and restaurant! Beds, linens and room decor is superb.
