Loved our stay at the 1928. Everyone was great but the standout was Bryce who works the front desk. Bryce was always welcoming and had great recommendations for lunch and things to do around town. Thanks for a great weekend!

The good news.This is a beautiful hotel. Every detail has been carefully placed and renovations are superb. Unfortunately, it has no soul. It was like a night at the museum.It needs joy and warmth...and a properly trained staff.I don't know if Waco has little to draw from, but if you put this much money into a hotel, you should be equally invested in a top notch hospitality experience.Disappointed.

The bathroom and our room wasn't cleaned properly. They were short staffed. Coffee Bar wasn't open Mon- Wed. Service in the Brasserie was extremely slow. This was my second visit to the 1928 Hotel and I won't go back.

The guest rooms are very well curated, even the curtains are superb! I love all the pillows, the couch and chair offer a place to relax and the bathroom was beautiful. I would love to emulate the feeling in my own home. I highly recommend staying a night in Hotel 1928. Trust me, I'll be back!

Beautiful hotel with good food. Staff is pretty unhelpful and is overpriced. Expected more southern hospitality. Only have one pack-n-play for the entire hotel.
