Should be renamed to Planet Fix This!It was a nice new gym but now is in rapid decline. Machines are left unrepaired and inoperable for weeks at a time. Vinyl on many of the machines is cracked, abrasive and worn. It seems like there is a tipping point before they affect repairs. I.E. no repairs until at least 10 machines need work. When they first opened, they had a number of issues with regard to cleanliness, employee engagement and safety, but things have definitely improved in that regard. The employees are far more engaged, friendly and hard working now. That being said, and because of the decline in equipment safety and operation, as a healthcare provider, I’m not sure that I can in good conscience recommend this place to my patients. I think with perpetuated effort and more frequent repairs, they could reach 4 or 5 stars.

Nice new gym but they do virtually no cleaning at all (especially the locker room floors) and the employees just sit around at the front desk on their cell phones unless they’re signing up a new member. MULTIPLE car break-ins already because there is no security, no perimeter checks and no cameras beyond the front of the building; and management is not planning to improve security and takes no responsibility for the security issues.
