Our coaching philosophy: You will not be the only one committing to the process and growing on a personal level. We'll do the same! We will adapt coaching sessions as we will be continuously learning more tools to help YOU achieve your goals. Likely, you will bring up some problems you are encountering in your life. We are going to do our best to help you solve them. But, first and foremost, we are here to help you grow as a person, diving into the root causes of the issues, rather than putting unsustainable balm on the symptoms. Changing our mindset, behaviors, belief systems (and more) are such powerful tools. You will see that many problems disappear as you move forward to your greater purpose and live a life aligned with your amazing & authentic self! Following our intuition and education, we will combine directive and non-directive coaching, as it very much depends on your personality and badass uniqueness.
