This food trailer is the result of 6 months permitting. Our non-profit, Salish Center for Sustainable Fishing Methods, owns and operates it as a way to educate the public about the seafood harvested from our very local waters. The halibut and spot prawns come from Lummi Nation fishers, and the salmon comes from our reefnet gear in Legoe Bay. We are proud to showcase this remarkable fish
