Medical massage, therapeutic massage, sports massage, oncology massage, active release technique, and relaxation massage. I work with a combination of techniques usually broken down into three categories: 1. Functional massage: techniques designed to regain function within the body, joint, or system. 2. Relaxation massage: techniques designed to decompress the body and the system as a whole. This may also include pre and post natal massage. 3. Oncology massage: techniques safe to apply during cancer treatment. This is for those who are in active treatment as well as those in recovery or survivorship, those at the end of life, or caregivers.
