I had a very uncomfortable experience with TopTier Charter and would not recommend it. The captain was unprofessional throughout the trip and behaved in ways that made the situation awkward. At one point, he tried to get guests to sit on his lap, which was completely inappropriate. He also smoked and drank during the tour. He also spoke negatively about previous guests, which didn’t sit right and created an uneasy atmosphere. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and uncomfortable from start to finish. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere for a charter service.
