I have to rave about Orlando VIP. We've used them on several trips now and honestly, they've never let us down. If you're on the fence, just book it. It totally changes what a park day feels like.The wait times are the big one. Or really, the lack of them! We've had little to no wait for rides, even on crazy busy days when standby was posted at an hour plus. We get more done in one day with them than we used to get done in two on our own. Plus they've helped us book special experiences and meals too, which is a huge bonus!!What I love most is that it doesn't matter who we get. In person or virtual, every single guide we've had has been friendly, super knowledgeable, and really cared about us having a great day. You can tell they train their people well.I'm not glued to my phone checking wait times or dragging everyone around the park trying to figure out what's next. They handle all of that, so I actually get to enjoy my family. They know every trick, they're always up on the newest rides and attractions, and somehow they always know exactly where to go and when.

We had 2 days of a virtual guide. While I was skeptical, it worked great. Every ride was planned with detailed directions including pictures. The last day was in person at Universal and Rick was a magician getting us on rides that had long wait times even for fast lanes

My family had the pleasure of using Elite Orlando VIP Tours for our recent Disney World vacation. When we first decided to make the trip, a friend recommended Chris and his team. Because I hadn’t been to Disney World in 30 years, I was overwhelmed with where to start. Do yourself a favor and book Chris and his team! This was our first trip to Disney and we wanted to ensure the park days flowed as smooth as possible, and thanks to Chris our days were seamless! You are already paying so much to be there, so his cost felt extremely justified and reasonable. Disney can feel overwhelming and is so app heavy now- gone are the days of just showing up to the park. He handled our entire logistics including booking all rides and accommodating the different needs of our party of 7 (with 3 small kids). We got to enjoy the day and not spend it on our phones stressing about lightening lanes. He knows the parks inside and out!! Knew every restaurant, where every character usually waited, etc. He gave us a detailed schedule each day and we waited no longer than 20 minutes in a line which is unreal. He is such a nice person and truly cares about ensuring your experience is top notch! He is also extremely accessible and was so patient with answering my one million questions before and during the trip. I can’t imagine doing this trip without his service - book him!

We just completed a 4 day Disney World Parks tour with Chris and his team at Elite Orlando VIP. This was our second Disney trip with them and once again they were simply outstanding! We were fortunate enough to have Chris as our in-person guide for the 4 days, and with Taylor handling the virtual side of things, checking the minute by minute park updates, everything went very smoothly.
