After 25 years working with non-profits and knowing first hand how much a leader must juggle and navigate, I find joy in seeing leaders begin to see a real path forward toward the changes they wish to create in their organizations. I founded Heightened Development for this purpose, and work with a diverse team of consultants who contribute uniquely to the needs of each engagement.
