There will be a scoop of ice cream at the bottom of your bowl, fresh shaved ice on top of that with syrups and toppings. Our ice is soft, fluffy, snow like ice that absorbs the syrup versus just sinking straight to the bottom. We offer a variety of homemade syrups and homemade toppings to put on your shave ice. We offer a suggested pairings menu of flavor combinations we think taste fantastic. Don’t love any of those?! No problem!
