This location has a theft problem. The Manager seems unwilling to do anything about it.

I really appreciated the good size parking spot for my new car. The sink/counter area was outside of the shower area, which made it easy for me to do my hair while my friend was taking a shower. There was a nice table with two good chairs. Pillows and bed were very comfortable. The shower could have used a safety bar for getting into the shower, but the tub was not slippery so it wasn’t a big issue. It might be if you were traveling with somebody older. The soap dispenser in the shower needed replacing, but my friend and I kept forgetting to ask for it. It probably would’ve been replaced right away. The shower head was great. The air conditioner was rather noisy, but it was like a white noise. It really didn’t bother us. There was a refrigerator which worked well. No freezer, but the fridge still kept my ice packs cold. Denny’s does not start serving breakfast until 6:30. It would’ve been nice if they started at 6 o’clock so we could walk more leisurely to Disneyland before they open. The easy walk to Disneyland is less than a mile. We still arrived before opening time. If you leave Disneyland before 11 p.m., you can take a little shortcut through Downtown Disney. My friend and I both agreed that this was an excellent place to stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Me and my husband stayed here last week and we thought the hotel was lovely and it was clean. We had free breakfast at Denny’s every morning where the staff were lovely and the breakfast was good. We used the pool twice which was clean and a good temperature. We had room service every day but just make sure you take your “do not disturb”sign off your room before you leave for the day as they won’t clean your room if you leave it on your door. Also to note the cleaners work from 8-2 so if you leave your room after 2 and take the “do not disturb” sign off your door they will not come back and clean your room! Our room was always nice and clean. However the aircon in our room was very loud. Our room got very hot at times but we did not put it on at night because it was so loud! We eat at an Indian restaurant around to the left of the hotel which was very nice. I recommend eating there. We really enjoyed the walk to Disney, it was easy. When you are at the hotel reception turn right and then take the next left at the lights and then you will take the next left after the Disney Pixar hotel and then you will take the next right to Disney Village where you will go through security and then you will walk through Disney village and then walk straight though and you will then see the entrance to the parks! Overall we had a really nice stay here. I recommend this hotel for the price it is not far from Disney, it includes breakfast, a pool, the hotel is clean and the walk to Disney was very pleasant!

The manager at this property was extremely unprofessional. I called with questions about my stay and an issue with my rewards balance not being updated correctly. During the conversation, he became agitated, raised his voice, and began yelling. When I asked to speak with a manager, he stated that he was the manager and then hung up on me. I attempted to call back and he answered and immediately hung up on me. Throughout the interaction, I remained calm and simply sought a resolution. Unfortunately, his behavior fell far short of basic professional standards. It’s clear that additional training in customer service, communication, and emotional intelligence is needed. There also appears to be a lack of proper training among the front desk staff, as I was given inconsistent or incorrect information.What initially started as a positive stay was ultimately overshadowed by this experience with management. As a result, I will not be returning

The hotel was comfortable, clean, and the staff was great. I'll be honest the short walk is actually very long after a day or more at the parks. It's about 20 minutes. Take the entrance on Disneyland Drive through Pixar and downtown disney. That was the shortest entrance for security. It helps make the walk a little shorter.
