Customer service is terrible. Room has cobwebs in it. Can hear people talking from outside of their hotel room in the halls. Normally it’s the opposite problem. As a travel agent I will not be referring my clients here ever again either.

MoreOur stay at Best Western Stovalls Inn was exceptional in many ways. Closeness to the Disney Parks and great pricing. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant with any questions I had prior to our trip. The breakfast buffet changed each day and was well stocked with delicious options. The breakfast staff were always very friendly and helpful. Our room was large and the bed was extremely comfortable. The two pools and hot tubs were convenient and large with well stocked pool towels. I would highly recommend Best Western Stovalls Inn .
MoreThis was our second visit here. We arrived an hour before check in but we're able to go too the room.Room was big and clean, really enjoyed the big bath and appreciated the fridge and microwave also like the fact the tv had you tube and Netflix. We were right next to the ice machine but the noise didn't bother us. I didn't have breakfast but my husband did and said the breakfast room was too small for the number of guests.They have 2 swimming pools, which were mainly occupied by children, it might be an idea to have 1 dedicated just to adults as on numerous occasions I witnessed adults trying to have a quiet swim with children continually jumping in and splashing around. When we were there it was exceptionally hot and there was no.way we could stay in the parks all day so we would come back for a rest about 2pm, now we were there for 7 days and apart from arrival day our room wasn't serviced until 4pm, which meant we couldn't really rest.
