Doesn't answer phone at all. Had an appt with a time of between 12-5. Then around 4pm it suddenly changed from 4-9pm. Nobody showed called or texted.

Basically useless. Tech said the brand new igniter needs to be replaced (purchased new from Lowe's mid-September). Said it had to be ordered!? What kind of customer service is this? One week goes...

Absolutely the worst provider. Terrible service. No one answers calls or emails. They sub out the work so no one knows what the previous person did and you start over. Do not use this company!
