The word “Doula” is rooted in Ancient Greek and means “a woman who serves”. I am honored to serve as a member of Little Lilacs, a trusted birth service, as both a certified birth and postpartum doula. I am dedicated to empowering expectant parents through their exciting journey to childbirth. My mission is to provide nonjudgmental, evidence based support, that helps reduce the possibility of unnecessary interventions while helping to promote emotional and physical wellbeing.
