We love how philosophies, each with their own unique differences can all become a wonderful foundation of a child’s classroom, even if that classroom is outside. We believe that anything that matters and is worth teaching can be taught outside so we have taken the learning out into the great wide world. It is just waiting for your little ones to discover its wonder. So here at The Wilderness Preschool, we offer an eclectic style of a few major philosophies that have been used for decades around the world. Such philosophies are; Reggio Emilia, Montessori, Waldorf, and lastly RIE. These philosophies created by great philosophers who have dedicated their life work to understanding the child's mind have inspired our core values.
