I love teaching neuro-distinct individuals, families, and organizations how to understand these unique brains. I offer innovative strategies to build on their strengths and alleviate their challenges through discovering their passion and purpose. I founded my company, Ignite Change Makers, to empower the people who work with neuro-distinct individuals and neuro-distinct individuals themselves to discover the unique talents of these one-of-a-kind brains. I focus on utilizing an individual’s passion and purpose to build skills, strategies, and accommodations that unlock their full potential, which allows them to become the change-makers they were born to be. I left my 25-plus-year career in special education to build a business that breaks down barriers and transforms how we perceive these neuro-distinctions so we can access the unique strengths, talents, and perspectives that neuro-distinct individuals bring. I achieve this by guiding my clients through thorough assessments with an eye on meeting diverse needs, personalized intuitive coaching sessions, and inspiring speaking engagements. I am here to guide your journey with neurodiversity. Call today, and we can explore together how to craft your transformation.
