I almost rated this hotel poor, but the bed was very comfortable and the location is very convenient. The parking was free as well.Check in/check out are both automated...we had no human contact with staff during our stay. Our room was stuffy, no window to outside...our window opened to the hallway outside our room. The ceiling fan would not stay on. The shower had no hot water. I would not stay here again. You get what you pay for.

Bad experience. Very very expensive for what you get. Self check in. Room was very tiny big stain on carpet. Zero amenities. Bathroom size of a broom closet. After hours emergency line is non functional. We had no hot water after traveling all day long & no one to help us. Very troubling.

What an amazing place to stay. A wonderful staff that make you feel like you are at home.Loved Amanda, Aurora, Charlotte and Cassie. The rooms are well appointed with everything you need. You can easily walk to downtown. A real gem I recommend to anyone coming to Anchorage.

The most comfortable beds!!! So hard to find when traveling. That alone is enough for the five stars, I get so tired of stiff beds after traveling all day. The staff was super nice, hotel clean and free coffee in the room. Also had a cute cafe with tons of really good drinks! Would definitely recommend the lotus energizer. Walking distance of downtown, the museum and park strip.
